Restaurant

Beautifully located on the shores of Ilulissat's Icefjord, the gastronomy of Hotel Hvide Falk is based on the use of Greenlandic ingredients coming directly from the sea and the mountains from local hunters.

In our restaurant we serve courses of high quality with focus on Greenlandic fish and meat. The restaurant has through years been a favorite place for dining in Ilulissat for both tourists and locals. In the restaurant you will find a relaxed atmosphere to taste some of the best the Greenlandic nature has to offer. Meanwhile you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Disko Bay from the restaurant's large panoramic windows. 

The menu varieres after season, but we always use as many local products as possible. We have a large variety of wine and beer - try for instance a local beer from the brewery Qajaq!

GREENLANDIC BUFFET

This Greenlandic buffet feast includes an incredible selection of many different dishes, which are almost entirely prepared from Greenlandic products. Please note, the buffet must be ordered in advance.
Examples of the menu selections; shrimp, fish, smoked musk ox and reindeer, scallops, fried musk ox, reindeer, homemade cake and much more.
